PeerJ PrePrints covers all of biology, medicine and health sciences, is fully CC-BY, and includes sophisticated feedback and Q&A functionality.

The success of both PeerJ PrePrints and bioRxiv is very encouraging, and suggests that these fields may be ready to adopt a preprint culture similar to the one that the physics community has enjoyed in the arXiv.
